Are the presentation run times flexible?

To a degree, yes.

We prefer to have a minimum of 90-minutes to deliver a presentation, as this allows us plenty of time to watch films, discuss participant reactions and to answer questions, though we can easily fill a 2-hour time slot.

While we have been able to deliver presentations in a 60-minute window in the past, we find that participants often want more time, so we recommend you plan for 90-minutes.
