Where and when do you post job opportunities?

We post job opportunities as they become available on our Career Portal. We also share these opportunities on our social media channels. Depending on the nature of the job, we may also post on relevant online job boards such as Charity Village, the BC Alliance for Arts + Culture, AFP Vancouver, or others.

We regularly hire youth under the Canada Summer Jobs program, with postings appearing between late January and early February. These positions pay a Living Wage for 16 weeks of employment from May through August.

Additional seasonal positions are sometimes needed in Box Office or Front of House. These positions are usually posted in early June. These positions pay a Living Wage for about 30 hours of employment during the Vancouver Queer Film Festival.
